Mike@AmericanKidsSports.com.com Job Description As Head coach you will direct girl’s gymnastics team, pre-team thru Level 10, as well and coach the Optional levels. Must have an accomplished history working with all levels. You will need to train the girl’s team staff, work with the recreational directors to coordinate lesson development, manage training schedule, and work with administration. Need to be mature, organized, responsible, and self motivated. American has 24 years of accomplished girl’s competitive gymnastics under the leadership of owner Sheri Williams who now wishes to hand the reins to a new Head coach. Our new facility is one of the finest gymnastics training centers anywhere and management is willing to provide the resources to further build our girl’s team program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who believes they have the ability to grow a large, strong, and productive girl’s team. Pay & Benefits: American sees this position as a full-time job, but willing to consider part-time if the situation is workable. Full-time employees receive medical and vacation benefits.
